Participants will submit a set of 3 photographs aligned to a given theme or mood.
Topic
Ad-Ready Frames
Submit a series of 3 photographs that could be used in an advertisement for a product or service of your choice. It can be lifestyle, conceptual, still life, or fashion, but make it brand-ready. Each image must hold strong as an ad visual on its own, yet feel part of a cohesive campaign.
General Terms & Conditions
- All submissions must be original work. Plagiarised or AI-generated content without human intervention will be disqualified.
- Each participant/team may submit only one entry per challenge.
- The top 10-20 entries per challenge will be reviewed by the final jury curated by Arena HQ.
- Submissions must be made in digital formats as per guidelines shared before each deadline (Google Drive/WeTransfer etc.)
- Participants must consent to Amaze Ad Fest using their content for promotional purposes, with due credits.
- All team challenges (Filmmaking, CGI) must submit the team member details at the time of registration. Maximum 5 members per team.
- Registration fee is non-refundable once participation is confirmed.
- Arena Animation HQ will have final authority on the jury panel selection.
- Any breach of code of conduct or submission of offensive/defamatory content will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Challenge-specific submission deadlines and format specs will be shared by the organising committee 10 days before the festival.
Logistics & Coordination
- Each regional franchise is expected to promote these challenges in their student and alumni networks.
- Final shortlisting of judges will be done by Arena HQ based on challenge descriptions and sample entries.
- The organizing committee (Amaze Team + Jaipur Franchise) will coordinate backend logistics, shortlisting, and result processing.
